The 4 Phases

Devana Protocol© structures AI deployment through four progressive phases, each with clear deliverables, validation checkpoints, and compliance requirements aligned with AI Act, GDPR, and DORA.

Exploration

Duration: ~1 week

Lay the project foundations: understand the context, identify priority use cases, and validate technical feasibility before committing resources.

PHASE 2

Deployment

Duration: ~2 weeks

Prepare the technical ground: deploy Devana on-premises in the client environment so that experimentation starts on real infrastructure, not in a lab.

PHASE 3

Experimentation

Duration: ~12 weeks

The heart of the method: confront AI agents with real client data, iterate and refine, and validate performance before any move to production.

PHASE 4

Industrialization

Duration: ~8 weeks + 12-month follow-up

Move from validated experimentation to operational reality: progressive rollout, skills transfer to client teams, and long-term performance monitoring.
